Lemon Garlic Shrimp

1 lbshrimp , peeled and deveined, medium size

1lemon , thinly sliced, plus juice of 1 lemon

2 tbspdry white wine , or water

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon butter with the olive oil.

Add the shrimp, lemon slices, garlic, and crushed red pepper flakes; season with salt.
