    olive oil
  • 1 lb
    shrimp , peeled and deveined, medium size

    lemon , thinly sliced, plus juice of 1 lemon
  • 3 clove
    garlic , minced
  • 1 tsp
    crushed red pepper flakes
  • kosher salt , to taste
  • 2 tbsp
    dry white wine , or water
  • parsley , freshly chopped, for garnish (optional)
