Grammee's Fruit Salad
A creamy, old-fashioned fruit salad of sliced apples, bananas, grapes, and pineapple folded into a lightly sweetened blend of sour cream and whipped cream.
Ingredients

banana , sliced

grape , sliced

1 small cancrushed pineapple , drained well

whipped cream , equal parts or slightly more than sour cream, folded in gently

sour cream , equal parts with whipped cream, folded in gently

brown sugar , 2-3 tablespoons, to taste

Slice the apples, bananas, and grapes, then toss them together in a bowl.

Drain the small can of crushed pineapple well and toss it with the sliced fruit.

In a separate bowl, gently fold equal parts sour cream and whipped cream (or slightly more whipped cream than sour cream) with 2-3 tablespoons brown sugar; taste and adjust sweetness, being careful not to overmix.

Pour the cream mixture over the fruit and toss lightly to combine.
