Ingredients

    lime , juiced and zested (3 tablespoons juice + 1/2 teaspoon zest)
  • 1.5 clove
    garlic , minced, to desired preference
  • 0.5 bunch
    cilantro
  • 0.5
    jalapeno , seeded (use a full jalapeno for a spicier sauce)
  • 0.5 cup
    mayonnaise , regular full fat
  • 0.5 cup
    sour cream , fat-free or regular
  • salt , to taste
  • black pepper , to taste
  • olive oil cooking spray , as needed (optional)

    Zest and juice the lime to get about 3 tablespoons juice and 1/2 teaspoon zest.
